A NOTE FROM OUR OWNER:
" I started Horns Up Home Improvements because I was tired of seeing some of these big construction companies get away with poking the eyes of good and decent people. We are not a large company with a big fleet of vehicles; therefore we do not have a huge overhead. We do not take on multiple projects at once so that we can focus on YOU and your needs. We rarely advertise, most of our work is gained through word of mouth, and a good chunk of our customers have been calling us back for additional work for years.
